IN A DREAMLIKE STATE WITH LOFTY PURSUITS.
Dreamlike state is a personal blog that compiles posts about a young artist's dream as it rises to a great height. It exhibits a look book, wedding events, photo shoots and illustrations. Ctara heartily ventures into the world of fashion in pursuit.Ctara is currently studying in the University of San Carlos major in Fashion Design. She is a young fashion designer, an illustrator, and just started as a wedding coordinator. She has this unbreakable love for fashion and nothing more. She occasionally styles for fashion shows both in Cebu and Manila and models for photoshoots. She focuses on bridal wear to entourage and other formal wears (debut, evening wear, and the like).With that passion, she garnered awards from the University of San Carlos - Cebu, awarded as: Best in Fashion Illustration and Best in Pattern Drafting in March 2011, Bronze Medalist for: Best in Draping, Best in Fashion Design and Illustration, Best in Pattern Making and Sewing and Gold Medalist: Design Prodigy in March 2012. And in March 2013, she was awarded as a Silver Medalist for Best in Thesis, entitled "Anew Baro", where she came up with a bridal wear collection from reconstructing the traditional "barong tagalog" for womens wear.She was also a finalist for the Cebu Young Designers Competition in March 2011 and for the National Students Design Competition by Lee Jeans held in Manila in October 2011.Ctara hopes that her blog, Dreamlike State, would inspire you and encourage you to dream big and pursue it with positivity.
